I am highly satisfied with my order from you guys. My projector arrived on time and since I pre-ordered it you guys were there calling me keeping me informed every step of the way. I did have a problem with my projector and I did have to return it for a replacement and it was the best experience I have ever had with an exchange. I called on a Monday to let them know I needed to set up a return and they shipped the new projector to me before they even got the old one back. This was a first in my experience with returns and I was highly satisfied. To top it off they even scheduled fed ex to pick up my defective projector at no cost to me. I didn't even have to pay to have it shipped back and the replacement projector got to me on Thursday. That's three days. I did quite a bit of research on plasma TVs and online merchants. I had compared the Pioneer 5060HD to the comparable Panasonic display and found that the pictures were both excellent but the Pioneer had great connectivity options. It is also a bit more stylish in my opinion. Unfortunately, the 5060HD was priced a bit out of my price range. I tracked the price for a number of months and was happy to find that Monitor Outlet provided not only the best price, but handled my order quickly (received TV two business days after ordering) and with a high degree of professionalism. They didn’t try to steer me towards another model as other online merchants have been known to do and were helpful (and honest) when considering extended warranties and other options. Monitor Outlet is an authorized Pioneer dealer – don’t be fooled by other online merchants – the manufacturers warranty could be void if you aren’t careful.

All in all, my experience with Monitor Outlet was extremely positive and I will use them in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for high end electronics.

My Pioneer plasma arrived and I could not be happier with the picture quality and features. I was apprehensive about buying a plasma online, especially when I had not seen the product in person. I spent a great deal of time researching vendors and saw that Monitor Outlet had the highest satisfaction rating on the comparison shopping sites I reviewed. I can see why the rating was so high!

The plasma arrived in great shape with all the attachments needed to get it setup and going. It took about an hour to put everything together and turn it on. What a picture! Pioneer has always been my favorite makers of electronics and once again, they have come through!

However, this is a review of Monitor Outlet. I have to say their customer service has so far been better than what a buyer can expect these days. Communication was excellent and when I had problems with the shipper, they took care of it and got the plasma to me the next day. They really know how to take care of their customers! Thanks a bunch for the help and for the great monitor!

Everyone say’s they are “committed to customer Service” Monitor Outlet really is!
After a lot of research on 50” plasmas I decided to purchase a Pioneer PDP5045HD, I shopped around starting with several East Coast plasma dealers, all had rock bottom prices listed on various WEB shopping services, all of which had various schemes to jack up their low price.
One scheme was “The PDP5045HD were selling is brand new however it has no warranty because we are not an authorized Pioneer dealer”. They did however have a solution and that was to buy a 3 year warranty for $$$ not including $300 shipping each way.
I finally decided to check out Pioneers WEB site for authorized dealers and found the Monitor Outlet. Monitor Outlet quoted me a single flat price with shipping included and a 1 yr manufacture warranty! It turned out to be much less $$$ then your East Coast competitors +plus no high pressure and no BS! The unit got here on time as you said it would and was in excellent condition. I also like how I was updated with my order shipping status via E-mail and the ablity to track my shipment with your carrier.

Overall I had an excellent experience with Monitor Outlet.

Both Jared and Brett were easily reachable, whenever I had a question. Everything was done as promised, and at the time it was promised. Not to mention, that their price was unbeatable. Although the price included shipping, it was lower that all other competitors. They also didn't play gimmicks like, lowering the price by approx. $200, and then
adding a $200 charge for the wall mount bracket(This TV comes with a bracket, direct from Phillips). I checked other on-line retailers, that have done that. There were no hidden charges, insurance etc. They did not pressure me in to buying accessories. The best part was that they offer extended warranties from Philips, itself. To me that was a great peace of mind. Last but not least, the 3% discount for electronic fund transfer,
REALLY, brought down the price. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone, and my next such purchase would definitely be from them.

I recently tried to Purchase a plasma TV from a company who was advertising the model I was interested in at a very low cost. Turns out they quickly because scam artists as soon as I placed my order on-line by trying to raise the price, pressure me into purchasing additional accessories, and trying to add "shipping insurance". I quickly canceled my order and alerted my credit card company. After that experience, I began to think that I should probably purchase a TV of this cost at a retail store but continued to try and find a reputable on-line retailer. Then I found Monitor Outlet. I decided to try and purchase my plasma on-line one more time and chose Monitor Outlet due to the overwhelming positive reviews I had read of satisfied customers. No shady dealings here. My order went as smooth and hassle free as I would have hoped for. I also spoke to a sales rep to confirm my order and delivery and they were very friendly and professional. I ordered my plasma on a Monday, it arrived in perfect condition on Friday. The shipping carrier used did a superb job transporting this delicate item as well, the external box did not even have an impression or scuff mark. Needless to say, I'm extremely pleased with the price I paid for my plasma and the courteous and professional manner in which Monitor Outlet conducted itself and have already recommended Monitor Outlet to a couple of co-workers who are also interested in purchasing a plasma.
