This EDTV plasma (32PC5DVC) is intended for hotels looking to replace CRT TVs with fashionable flat-panel displays at a lower price. This 32-inch widescreen plasma EDTV, the first in the world in this screen size (plasmas traditionally are 42-inches and larger), comes with 1800:1 contrast ratio and LG's exclusive XD Engine technology. XD Engine enhances picture quality, while the plasma panel provides a wide viewing angle of more than 160 degrees. For lodging and hospitality operators seeking energy-efficient products, the plasma EDTV is Energy Star and RoHS compliant.
The 32PC5DVC comes fully equipped with built in ATSC / NTSC / QAM clear tuners, a bottom control panel, and a rear jack panel that allows for HDMI input with HDCP. This design from LG also features four modes of color temperature adjustment for more vibrant color and picture quality and 5 modes of aspect ratio adjustment.
